QTerminals Olvia management demonstrates this commitment through active and visible participation in various initiatives, ensuring social guarantees; site management walkthroughs; and performance recognition rewards, etc. While the line management is accountable for safety, we have trained and dedicated HSE staff for providing professional support and advice in fostering a strong HSE culture.<\/p>\n

Employee training and development is critical for achieving operational excellence and improving overall HSE performance.
